At Pink Tiger Coaching/www.PinkTigerCoaching.com, “I,” Alexandra Terhalle, know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and I appreciate your trust that I will do so carefully and sensibly. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I, Alexandra Terhalle have updated my privacy policy to provide you with increased transparency into the personal data it collects, how it is used, and the controls you have over your personal data. Please read the following carefully to understand my views and practices regarding your personal data and how I will treat it. 

By using the www.PinkTigerCoaching.com website, and all affiliated Alexandra Terhalle pages, and any documents on this website, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. 

Pink Tiger Coaching/ Alexandra Terhalle is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller is Alexandra Terhalle, Im Kamp 5, Kleinmachnow, Germany 14532.

It is very important that the information I hold about you is accurate and up to date. Please let me know if at any time if your personal information changes by emailing me at [email protected].

Information I may collect from you:

I may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information you give me. When you give me information about you by filling in forms on my site, www.pinktigercoaching.com or by corresponding with me by phone, Skype/Zoom/FaceTime/WhatsApp, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use my site, enrol in my coaching services, subscribe to my service, search for a product, enter a competition, promotion or survey,  place an order on my site, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on my site. The information you give me may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.
  • Information I collect about you: With regard to each of your visits to my site I may automatically collect the following information:
    • Technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, platform and operating system;
    • Information I receive from other sources. I am also working closely with third parties (including, for example, personal assistants, website assistants,  social media assistants, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, search information providers, analytics providers) and may receive information about you from them.
    • Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from my site (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, length of visits to certain pages, download errors, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call me.
  • If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, this opt-out does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions, such as purchases of online products or coaching services.

I do not collect any sensitive data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. I also do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

I may collect, store and use information held about you in the following ways:

  • Information you give to me will be used in the following ways:
  • The information will be used to carry out my obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and me and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from me; to notify you about changes to my service; to provide you with information about other goods and services I offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about; to keep my International Coaching Federation and Association for Coaching credentials up-to-date; and to ensure that content from my site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.
  • Information submitted to me through my website will be used as follows: Firstly, to administer my website and business, to personalise my website for you and for internal operations, data analysis, research, testing, including troubleshooting, research, statistical and survey purposes. Secondly, to enable your use of the services available on my website, to measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising I serve to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you. Thirdly, to allow you to participate in interactive features of my service, when you choose to do so, and to send you good purchased through my website, to supply you services purchased through my website, to send you statements, invoices and payment reminders, and collect payments from you. Fourthly to improve my site so that the content is presented to you in the best manner for you and for your computer; and lastly, to make recommendations to you and other users of my site about services or goods that may interest you. 
  • Information I receive from other sources. I may combine this information with information you give to me and information I collect about you. I may use this information and the combined information for the purposes set out above (depending on the types of information I receive).

Your information will be kept for:

Coaching notes will be kept for six years after the coaching has finished.

Financial information/invoices will be kept for seven years, to comply with tax purposes and requirements.

E-mail exchanges between us will be kept for six years; unless you ask for them to be deleted sooner.

The International Coaching Federation and/or Association for Coaching may look at my coaching logs to verify our coaching hours. I will ask your permission to include your name and email address in there. I will keep this log for as long as I am a credentialed coach. Please note that this a standard practice among all coaches and required for coaching accreditation for International Coaching Federation and Association for Coaching.

Disclosure of your information:

I may share your information with selected third parties including associates, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract I enter into with you. In addition to analytics and search engine providers that assist me in the improvement and optimisation of my site.

I may disclose your personal information to third parties if I am under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Alexandra Terhalle, my customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Where I store your personal data:

The data that I collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for me or for one of my suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. Alexandra Terhalle will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although I will do my best to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to my site. Please note that any transmission is at your own risk. Once I have received your information, I will security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Your rights:

You have the right to ask me not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. I will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if I intend to use your data for such purposes. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting me at [email protected]

My site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of my partner networks, advertisers and affiliates.  If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that I do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.  Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

Access to information:

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet my costs in providing you with details of the information I hold about you.

I may make changes to my privacy policy in the future and they will be posted on this page. Please do check back frequently to see any updates or changes to my privacy policy and to ensure you are happy with any changes to this policy.
